
Character Description
Prepares their Soldiers for wartime missions. This position supervises and manages other soldiers and first-line supervisors, also known as team leaders, within their squad. Squad Leaders are the tactical center of a squad, maneuvering and leading their team to meet the objective.

Squad Limitations
- One per squad (Maximum 9 squads per team)
- Required role - Cannot create a squad without a Squad Leader
Special Abilities
Squad Leaders are the tactical center of the battlefield, controlling tempo and pace of combat. They are the critical link between Commander and ground forces:
Command & Control:
- Direct Commander Communication: Can request fire support, supply drops, and vehicle assets
- Mark Targets: Designate priority targets visible to entire squad and Commander
- Squad Orders: Issue movement and engagement orders to Team Leaders
- Promote Team Leaders: Designate fireteam leaders within squad
Deployables:
- Rally Spawn Point (RSP): Mobile forward spawn (max 2 active, 60-second cooldown)
- Can be overrun if enemies within 50m radius
- Requires 60 seconds to build
- Squad members can spawn on RSP
- Observation Post Marker: Mark strategic positions for Commander intelligence
Fire Support Requests:
- Request Artillery Strike (requires Radio Man nearby or vehicle radio)
- Request Supply Drop (requires Radio Man nearby or vehicle radio)
- Request Smoke Screen for advances
- Request Reconnaissance UAV coverage
Advantages
- Squad Spawn Point: Can deploy Rally Points for squad respawns

Disadvantages
- High Responsibility: Squad effectiveness depends entirely on your decisions
- Priority Target: Easily identified by enemy, high-value kill
- Limited Combat Focus: Must balance fighting with map awareness and communication
- Reduced Ammunition: Less ammo than Rifleman due to equipment weight
- No Fragmentation Grenades: Must rely on squad for explosive ordinance
- Radio Dependency: Requires Radio Man nearby for most support requests (unless in radio-equipped vehicle)
- Spawn Point Vulnerability: Rally Points can be destroyed or overrun by enemy
